This book in is fair vintage condition.
The dust jacket is in okay condition - the edges have all been a little folded with some small tears. The jacket on the bottom spine edge has an obvious small tears. The dust jacket at the back top corner has a missing piece and the bottom corner has a small tear.
The hardback book front and back cover are in good condition has some age fading. The book has come away from the spine and this is showing at the front and back of the book. A few pages have some paginated fold marks. Otherwise the pages have no rips or tears. The page edges have a few age marks and spots.
Sounds like it is in reasonable condition for a book that is 45 years old.
