This super cutie is a vintage Royal Sealy elephant cookie jar from 1955.

It is a plaid elephant face cookie jar with lid and bamboo handle. Made in Japan

The elephant is in good vintage condition.
Faults:
* one of the flowers the handle goes round has a paint chip the size of a pinky nail.
* on the inside rim of the cannister is a shallow chip the width of a thumb
* on the inside rim of the cannister and the lid are several brown age marks
* one very small light brown age stain on the back of the cannister

Elephant is 5" high and the bamboo handle is another 3 " over this, it is 6" across the top.
