The hardcover book is in very good condition. There are no rips, tears or folds of the pages. There is just a small stain in the bottom right hand corner of the cover. the smallest amount of age yellowing on very very edges of the pages.
The dust jacket is in reasonable condition, with only the edges displaying some damage - some turning up the edges.
