This book in is very good condition. The front and back covers are extremely neat and tidy. The binding is good. There are some pencil marks from previous owners, book stores on the first page. There are some age spots and browning on some of the pages, the worst is show in the photographs, otherwise the pages have no rips, tears or folds.
