This book in is excellent condition. The front and back covers are extremely neat and tidy, near perfect condition. The binding is very tight. There are no rips, tears or folds to the pages. There is a name printed in ink in the top right hand corner on the second page. For a book that is 48 years old it is in remarkable condition.
