The envelope has some wear and tear - there is a small amount of age damage to the envelope some small tears - just near the envelope flap, the bottom fold of the envelope has been very neatly taped. The envelope flap is a little tatty. The inside instruction sheet is in good condition and the cut pattern pieces that have been cut - 11, 12, 15 have been neatly cut, no obvious rips or tears to any of these pieces. Uncut pieces are 1 to 10, 13, 14.
