The envelope has some wear and tear - there is some wear to the bottom seam of the envelope the right hand side has a 5cm tear. Just a little age damage to the top corners. The envelope flap is tatty. The inside instruction sheet is in good condition and the cut pattern pieces have been neatly cut, no obvious rips or tears to any of these pieces.
