Set of 8, eight vintage place mats featuring images of Windsor Castle and the surrounding countryside.
Made by Lady Clare in England. Each place mat features a different beautifully detailed Illustration of Windsor Castle nestled in very detailed color illustrations of the surrounding landscape.

Each place mat has a felt back, with original Lady Clare sticker. The depict images of Windsor Castle which are edged and trimmed in gold, the edges of the place mats are also trimmed in gold.

These place mats are in their original box with what appears to be the original tissue paper still in between each mat.

Each place mat is in very good to excellent condition. Some of the placements show minimal signs of having been use with a few very light marks and scuffs which may well clean off, I would prefer to leave this to the new owner to do. ONE place mat has a very small, pin head sized fleck of colour missing from the green border. All the felt backs are in excellent condition.

The box show some signs of age, some rubbing at the edges and corners.

Each mat measures 23.5 cm x 19.8cm. The box of place mats is very heavy - 2.5kgs which is why the postage price is high.
