Super cute and kitsch, this is a delightful metal wheelbarrow cart holding a set of pastel ceramic salt and pepper shakers and condiment pot. The shakers still have their original soft rubber/plastic stoppers, although these are quite delicate from age.

There is no manufacturer or country of origin stamped on the item.
There is an original sticker on the base of the condiment bowl that has 98 / 213. Which could possible refer to it being a limited edition of only 213 of these being made. My research indicates that these were more than likely made in Japan in the 1950s.

The three ceramic pieces are all in very good condition. No cracks, chips or damage. No obvious crazing.

The metal cart is in fair condition. It is showing some signs of age with the metal having lost its colour and it is rough and tarnished in places.
