The pattern is in good condition. It appears to have never been used or gently used. There are no rips or tears. There are no pin holes in any of the pieces. All pieces are accounted for.
All patterns in Australian Home Journal were supplied pre-cut, so cut pieces is not necessarily a sign that a pattern has been used. I unfolded the pattern to account for all the pieces.
The pages are old, the cover is a little brittle.

************
Australian Home Journal started in the 1930s, by John Sands Ltd, Sydney as a fashion magazine, featuring mostly fashion-related content such as sewing and knitting patterns, fashion tips and updates on the latest trends. It became very well known and world renowned for its inclusion of on-trend sewing patterns. Australian Consolidated Press became the publisher in 1965 and the emphasis of the magazine shifted from fashion to homemaking in general.
