27.5cm x 20.5cm - just a little smaller than A4.

Amazingly this magazine and pattern are 62 years old and considering all in all is in very good condition. I have noted all the little faults below, but in general all pieces are in good condition.

The covers are in fair condition, they have some wear and tear. There is a hole in the spine where the staples originally were.. A few other little tears and chipping along the edges. A few fold marks and crumples.

The instruction pages are in good condition again a few small tears and chips around the edges.

The covers and pages all have a few pin holes from where they have previously been pinnned together.

The pattern is in excellent condition. It appears to have never been used and still factory folded. There are no rips or tears. No pin holes.
All pieces are accounted for.

Will be shipped in a rigid mailer.

************

Australian Home Journal started in the 1930s, by John Sands Ltd, Sydney as a fashion magazine, featuring mostly fashion-related content such as sewing and knitting patterns, fashion tips and updates on the latest trends. It became very well known and world renowned for its inclusion of on-trend sewing patterns. Australian Consolidated Press became the publisher in 1965 and the emphasis of the magazine shifted from fashion to homemaking in general.
