Vintage sewing pattern, Simplicity 7649. Size 12, Misses’ Dress or Top and Pants: Top-stitched dress or top with skirt stitched to bodice at normal waistline has front band button closing, yokes, shirt collar, pleated pockets, button trimmed tabs and carriers and tie belt. V. 1 has long set-in sleeves with buttoned cuffs. V. 2 has short set-in sleeves with turn back cuffs. Pants have front zipper and waistband.
